In addition to cheeses, we are offering Fra’Mani salame from Berkeley. Their delicious products are made by hand using traditional methods and pastured pork with no nitrates. Closer to home we have Free Range Chicken Liver Pate, Duck Pastrami, and a yummy chunky Country Pate made with pork shoulder and studded with pistachios from Our Farm Table, a husband and wife team out of Placerville.
Rancho Gordo Heirloom Beans (and popcorn!) are a staple. Mustards from the best little company in the area, Brown Dog Mustard Company – definitely a cut above.
For the pantry we have California made organic olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Lucky Dog hot sauce! There are also fruit preserves from around the Foothills and honey from Copperopolis in Calaveras County. We offer a variety of spreads and hot pepper jams. And of course baguettes, flat breads, crostinis and crackers for every taste; and many gluten free options.
You’ll need something refreshing to wash all of this fabulous food down! Gary and Kim Miller have been creating delicious artisan wines since 2000. Originally beginning their wine adventure in Napa, they had been sourcing fruit from Amador County since 2002. Since 2009 Miller Wine Works has produced all their wines from the Sierra Foothills, because Gary fell in love with the mountain fruit. We offer tastings of these wines as well as wine and cheese pairings.
